Terms and conditions for £20 Bonus:
Offer valid between the 1st and 30th September 2024 (inclusive).
To be eligible to receive the £20 Gift Card you:
Need to make a unique introduction to a conveyancer via Alto’s conveyancing feature, that results in the end consumer (property buyer/seller) entering into a letter of engagement with the referred conveyancer to provide conveyancing services for their property sale or purchase, based on our records, which must occur within the month of September (“Instruction”); and
Must be (i) an Alto Customer; (ii) over the age of 18 years; and (iii) based in the UK.
The Gift Card will be delivered via email, either to be used on Amazon UK or a prepaid card.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw or from receiving the Gift Card.
There are no limits on the number of Instructions which can be made and each one will qualify for the Gift Card.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1 The Promoter
VEBRA SOLUTIONS LIMITED incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 04529917 whose registered office is at The Cooperage, 5 Copper Row, London, England, SE1 2LH (“VSL”)
2. The prize draw
2.1 The title of the prize draw is “September 2024 Incentive”
2.2 You may be eligible to win a prize if you are an Alto customer and have up-to-date contact details in our system.
3. How to enter
3.1 To enter the prize draw, you need to make a unique introduction to a conveyancer via Alto’s conveyancing feature, that results in the end consumer (property buyer/seller) entering into a letter of engagement with the referred conveyancer to provide conveyancing services for their property sale or purchase based on our records, which must occur within the month of September (“Instruction”).
3.2 Steps on how to complete an Instruction via Alto’s conveyancing feature can be found here.
3.3 We regret that we are unable to accept postal entries.
3.4 The Promoter will not accept:
responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
3.5 By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.8 The prize draw winner will be chosen at random through a computerised draw. The decision will be final.
3.9 The prize draw will run from 00:01 on 1st September 2024 (the “Opening Date“) to 23:59 on 30th September 2024 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive.
3.10 All instructions must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. Any entries received after 23:59 on the Closing Date shall automatically be disqualified.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The prize draw is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are:
automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
completed by third parties or in bulk; or
(c) incomplete.
4.4 Each Instruction counts as an entry, so Alto customers may enter multiple times via the number of Instructions they make in September.
4.5 Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.6 The Promoter reserves all rights to refuse entry, disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
4.7 Content cannot be returned where not considered to be personal data.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize is an Amazon gift card or prepaid card to the value of either £200, £100, or £50 (the “Prize”).
5.2 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
5.3 The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4 The Promoter will contact the winners by email, from altoconveyancerfeature@altosoftware.co.uk.
5.5 In order to claim the Prize you must respond to the Promoter’s email within 7 days of 2nd October 2024 (the “Announcement Date”) If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
6. Winners
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner, to anyone who emails altoconveyancerfeature@altosoftware.co.uk or writes to the address set out in Condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the prize draw.
6.3 If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via user.research@zoopla.co.uk or by writing to the address set out in Condition 1. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.4 The Promoter will contact the winner of the Prize personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, email address provided as part of completing the survey. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the prize draw entry form has been submitted, this is to ensure the Prize draw is fair and not tampered with
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.2 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
7.3 Please refer to the details of how to claim in Condition 5.5.
7.4 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize within 7 days of the Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were shortlisted.
8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of prize draw entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 All Content and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned where not considered to be personal data.
9.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
waive all moral rights,
in and to your Content and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.zoopla.co.uk/privacy/and in compliance with data protection law See also condition 6.2 and condition 6.3, with regard to the announcement of winners.
10.2 Your personal data will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this prize draw. This will include gathering your personal data for entry to the prize draw, selecting a winner and delivering the prize. We may use third parties to help with this administration.
10.3 The Promoter may need to process your personal data for legal or regulatory purposes, where we do so it will be in compliance with English law.
10.4 The Promoter will not process your personal data gathered for this Prize Draw for any other purpose other than detailed in 10.2 and 10.3 without your consent.
11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
