Movemnt unlocks more housing transaction efficiency for Threshold Financial Services

Leading mortgage broker firm Threshold is accelerating the scale and scope of its work with Movemnt’s property transaction network functionality.

Threshold has been offering professional financial and mortgage advice since 2004. It works across everything from first-time buyers to remortgages, as well as specialist lending like buy-to-let, second charge loans and bridging finance.

Since 2004, Threshold’s scope has grown hugely – and they now work with and are recommended by some of the leading UK housebuilders and housing associations.

The Southampton-based company has also expanded its geographical scope, with regional offices in Dartford and Exeter.

How Threshold and Movemnt work together

Threshold has had Movemnt fully integrated into its mortgage brokering system since September 2023. It’s also using Yourkeys CRM to enhance customer engagement and further streamline its operations.

Matt Halder, Managing Director at Threshold, said:

“Our strategic partnership with Movemnt has been instrumental in advancing our progress and reaffirming our commitment to elevating industry standards.

“Collaborating with Movemnt has been an invaluable experience; they are a partner that truly values synergy and leverages insights from all stakeholders to drive impactful product enhancements.

“Movemnt’s advanced property transaction platform has significantly enhanced our operational efficiency by streamlining tasks and automating updates, allowing us to sharpen our strategic focus.

“This partnership has significantly expanded our reach and influence, enabling us to connect with a broader audience and penetrate new markets more effectively.

“As we move forward together, I am eager to continue driving innovation and leading the evolution of property transactions.”
